Booked, not just answered

Call-answering vendors report on calls handled. We think that's the wrong number. A call handled politely and dropped without a next step is a failure with good manners.

Every Deskless agent is measured on booked appointments, quotes issued, and callbacks scheduled. If the agent can't close the loop inside the call, it schedules the loop.

That pushes real integration work: live calendar availability, buffer rules between jobs, drive-time awareness for field teams, deposit capture where it's standard.

It also changes the conversation. The agent stops asking 'would you like to book?' and starts offering 'I have Thursday 9am or Friday 2pm — which works?' Choice beats permission.

Businesses on Deskless see the same pattern within a month: total call volume unchanged, booked jobs up. The calls were always there. They just weren't landing anywhere.
